View Menus, Place Orders on Open4Bizla.com
NEW ORLEANS – The Louisiana Restaurant Association has partnered with two New Orleans companies to launch a website that connects restaurants who are providing delivery and takeout with potential customers. Open4bizla.com allows open restaurants, regardless if they are members of the LRA, to list menus and delivery options.
“We encourage all restaurants in Louisiana to take advantage of this free resource in these unprecedented times,” said Stan Harris, LRA president and CEO. “We also hope customers will use the site to order from their favorite restaurants and even find new gems in their towns and neighborhoods.”
The site was developed pro bono by the Osterfeld Agency and Ellie Rand Public Relations, two Louisiana-based marketing firms in partnership with the LRA. Open4Bizla.com utilizes Zapp.Guru, a menu platform that allows restaurants to easily update their menus as needed. Zapp.Guru usually charges restaurants $99.00 per month, yet is currently waiving this fee. Louisiana restaurants can sign up for the free service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
“My agency, Ellie Rand Public Relations and I are happy to help out Louisiana communities in what is an extremely difficult time for the restaurant industry,” said Osterfeld Agency President Michael Osterfeld.
Open4bizla.com launched Thursday, March 19, 2020 with over 100 restaurants using the site.
