Troy CarmichaelNEW ORLEANS – The UNO Research and Technology Foundation and The Beach at UNO, A Sandbox for Collaboration have promoted four members of their team. Troy Carmichael has been promoted to director of operations.  His new role includes oversite of all facilities and engineering.
