Sullivan Stolier Schulze & Grubb, LLC Commemorates 30 Years With Name Change, Promotions, New Hires

NEW ORLEANS – This year Sullivan Stolier, LLC commemorates 30 years of providing quality legal services to local, regional and national clientele. In keeping with its strategy to expand offerings and to provide clients with highly competitive services well into the future, firm reps announced the following significant milestones:
• We are changing our name from Sullivan Stolier, LLC to Sullivan Stolier Schulze & Grubb, LLC
• Brian D. Grubb and Michael R. Schulze are now managing partners of the firm; and
• We are extremely excited to announce the addition of Imtiaz Siddiqui and Desiree M. Charbonnet.
Company reps said the firm’s name change helps preserve the company’s rich history and also recognizes its bright future.
Grubb joined the firm in January 2017 as a managing partner and leads its construction and business law sections. Grubb is well recognized throughout the region for his advice and counsel on complex construction projects. His practice focuses on all aspects of construction law and real estate development, corporate law and health law. Grubb is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Illinois and practices in the firm’s New Orleans and Covington offices.
Schulze has practiced with the firm since 2005 and leads its healthcare regulatory practice counseling clients nationally on complex compliance and regulatory matters. Reps said Schulze has been an important part of the firm’s success and they are excited to have him in this important new role. Schulze is licensed to practice in Louisiana and practices in the firm’s Lafayette office.
Siddiqui joined the firm in January 2017 after having gained considerable experience in New York and Louisiana. The addition of Imtiaz will bolster the firm’s construction practice, reps said. His practice focuses on construction, commercial/ business and healthcare litigation, including appellate advocacy, in state and federal courts and other forms of dispute resolution. Siddiqui is licensed to practice in New York and Louisiana and practices in the firm’s New Orleans office.
Charbonnet joined the firm after previously serving as the first woman elected as the Orleans Parish Recorder of Mortgages and, most recently, Chief Judge of the Municipal and Traffic Court of New Orleans. She is nationally recognized as an advocate for alternatives to incarceration and will organize and lead the firm’s criminal defense and governmental relations sections. Charbonnet will practice in the firm’s New Orleans office.
