Karl is a graduate from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at the University of New Orleans.

John is a graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received his Masters of Sustainable Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Tulane University.
