Royal Engineers & Consultants Announces Promotions
NEW ORLEANS – Royal Engineers & Consultants has announced the promotion of four employees who will join the senior leadership team to serve as senior vice presidents at the firm.
Imbrie Packard has been promoted to senior vice president of Royal’s Architecture and Construction service line. With more than 10 years of experience as a lead architect and project manager, Packard has overseen the design, construction and management of several multimillion-dollar projects across Louisiana and the Gulf South, such as the East Jefferson Levee District’s $15 million facility. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects’ National Council of Architectural Registration Board, and he leads a team managing all of Royal’s internal resources.
Kristie Lancon has been promoted to senior vice president of Royal’s Disaster Recovery service line. With more than 20 years of experience in construction and program management, Lancon oversees business operations and project support services both in the field and in the office. She currently manages the ongoing Jeff Davis Electric Co-Op (JDEC) recovery efforts for Hurricanes Laura and Delta, while also coordinating IT services for clients and leading internal employee development for Royal.
Matthew Mumfrey has been promoted to senior vice president. With 20 years of experience in legal, policy and economic advisory roles, Mumfrey has served as a senior program manager for various environmental and disaster recovery-related projects. He previously served as legal counsel to CPRA and a program manager responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of Louisiana’s $5 billion environmental restoration program for the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Mumfrey also oversees all legal matters and human resources for Royal.
Jessica Clausing, CPA, has been promoted to senior vice president of accounting and finance. With a decade of experience providing auditing expertise for various organizations and federal grant disbursements, Clausing manages all audit, tax, finance and insurance services for the company. She has served as the financial analysis and auditing lead for JDEC Hurricanes Laura and Delta Recovery since 2020, providing financial support for JDEC Recovery Support Services. Clausing is a member of the Society of Louisiana CPAs and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
