Property One Appoints Executive Director Of Leasing & Brokerage
NEW ORLEANS – Property One announced Matt Taylor has been appointed to Executive Director of Leasing & Brokerage, where he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the leasing and brokerage department.
Taylor started with Property One in 1998 and has 17 years of experience representing corporate tenants and real estate owners.
While specializing in tenant representation, Taylor also represents commercial property owners in leasing.
Currently, Taylor is the leasing agent for more than 50,000 square feet of office space in Metairie and approximately 400,000 square feet in the New Orleans CBD.
