PRC’s 39th Annual Julia Jump To Benefit Ongoing Historic Restoration

NEW ORLEANS – The Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans (PRC) presents its 39th Annual Julia Jump and Patron Party, presented by First NBC Bank, on Friday, March 18, 2016, at The Cannery, 3803 Toulouse St., in New Orleans.

         The Jump will feature cuisine by Arnaud's & the French 75 Bar, music by the Honey Island Swamp Band and a live auction featuring dozens of items. The Patron Party will feature cuisine by Arnaud's, music by The Necessary Gentlemen and patrons will have an exclusive first look at the auction items in-person.

         The Patron Party will take place from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., followed by The Jump from 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

         Julia Jump organizers said funds raised will guarantee the ongoing restoration of New Orleans, an historic city, as well as the continuation of the organization’s youth and adult cultural heritage education programs.

         Since its founding in 1974, the PRC has restored nearly 1,500 properties citywide and has assisted countless individuals with their own renovation efforts through its outreach and advocacy programs.
