Ochsner Hospital for Children Named a ‘Best Children’s Hospital’ by U.S. News & World Report in Two Specialties

NEW ORLEANS – For the third consecutive year, Ochsner Hospital for Children has been named among the top 50 children’s hospitals in the country by U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in hospital rankings and consumer advice.

Ochsner Hospital for Children was recognized in two specialties,cardiology and heart surgery and gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery, in the new 2019-20 Best Children’s Hospitals rankings published online today. Additional details were shared in a press release.

The 13th annual Best Children’s Hospitals rankings recognize the top 50 pediatric facilities across the U.S. in 10 pediatric specialties: cancer, cardiology and heart surgery, diabetes and endocrinology, gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery, neonatology, nephrology, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics, pulmonology and lung surgery, and urology.
