Q: What is the best advice you ever received?

Always do the right thing and go bed at night knowing you did the right thing for your employees and customers. I had a great boss who always said you get what you expect so I’ve always set my expectations high. We are always trying to get better and embrace change.

Q: What has been the biggest benefit of being a POWER member?

Meeting and interacting with fellow business owners, we share a lot of the same challenges. You get great ideas from sharing and you don’t have to reinvent the wheel if someone has already experienced your challenge.

Q: What does POWER mean to you?

We are always stronger together and Power provides an avenue for female business owners to connect. I love hearing how business owners built or grew their business and the excitement and enthusiasm that comes with it. I love the energy and passion of being around fellow business owners-Power provides a venue for such  interaction.
