Tuesday, Oct. 24 – Isaiah Institute of New Orleans and Tulane Black Student Union host mayoral candidates LaToya Cantrell and Desiree Charbonnet in a forum for local area students to pose questions and address issues. A welcome reception will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. and the forum will run from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
