SMOKE DETECTORS — New Orleans officials to hold news conference to discuss a new initiative that will use data analytics to target homes in New Orleans that are least likely to have smoke detectors and most likely to have fire fatalities, and then distribute free smoke detectors to those homes, 10:00 a.m. Location: Rosa F.
