Tuesday, Jan. 26 – NASA Michoud Assembly Facility hosts media viewing and facility tour of the Orion spacecraft's recently-completed pressure vessel – the underlying structure of the crew module – before it ships to Kennedy Space Center in Florida, 9:30 a.m. Orion is being developed to send astronauts to deep space destinations, such as an asteroid placed in lunar orbit and Mars, and will launch on the agency's Space Launch System rocket.
