Nov. 19 – New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu joins local, state and federal officials and provides an update on the City of New Orleans’ emergency preparedness activities, 9:45 a.m. The City regularly conducts exercises throughout the year in coordination with public and private organizations on the local, state and federal level to improve its ability to respond to a variety of incidents including natural or manmade disasters and terrorist threats.
