Friday, Mar. 10 – New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu breaks ground on the $11.8 million Fleur De Lis Drive road construction project, with construction stretching from Old Hammond Highway to 30th Street, Neutral Ground at Fleur De Lis Drive and Stafford Place, New Orleans, 10:30 a.m. Fleur De Lis Drive was severely damaged by Hurricane Katrina.
