“NCIS: New Orleans” Delivers Best Ratings
Rookie drama “NCIS: New Orleans,” delivered its best rating since its premiere on Tuesday.
Rick Kissell with Variety Magazine says CBS raked in the most total viewers that night for “NCIS” (2.4/7 in 18-49, 16.9 million viewers overall) and “NCIS: New Orleans” (2.4/7 in 18-49, 15.9 million viewers overall).
The original “NCIS” was down a bit from last week (and about half a ratings point lower than last year), but its first-year spinoff was up two tenths to match its series premiere score of Sept. 23, Kissell reported.
According to his report, “NCIS: New Orleans” was nearly on par with last year’s “NCIS: Los Angeles” in the timeslot (2.5) and “New Orleans” is the fall’s most-watched new program overall.
