NEW ORLEANS – From trepwise:

trepwise, a New Orleans-based consulting firm, has been inspired to give back to the community by providing free consulting sessions for leaders and teams as they navigate uncertainty. trepwise’s goal is to ensure that leaders get the necessary support to sustain their business, and ultimately to sustain our community.

“We are seeing organizations face extremely hard decisions, like layoffs, financial hardship, and even closure, that will have monumental impact on the people of our city. We are here to support these organizations in facing this crisis with bravery and strength.” says Kevin Wilkins, Founder & Managing Director. “This is who we are as a community, coming together to support each other.  It’s the New Orleans way.”

As part of the organization’s corporate social responsibility platform,  trepwork for Good, these free 45-minute strategy sessions are open to any New Orleans-based organization that needs one. The intent of these sessions is to support businesses and organizations in the following ways:

Assessment: Identify the primary impacts of the crisis on an organization to inform short-term decision-making.

Connection: Design effective digital meetings and a supportive remote environment for teams, customers, and others.

Planning: Consider potential scenarios for evolving a business or programmatic model to meet market or community needs.
