The foundation will host its second Honors Luncheon at noon on Friday, Oct. 7 on the turf of the Caesars Superdome. After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, attendees will hear from Sports Foundation President and CEO Jay Cicero about the state of sports tourism in the region. Cooper Manning will talk about the resilience of New Orleans in hosting the successful 2022 Men’s Final Four as he kicks off the campaign for the Super Bowl LIX Host Committee.
