Local Realtor Announces New Brokerage – McCarthy Group Realtors
METAIRIE, LA – New Orleans native, Shaun McCarthy, has announced the formation of his own brokerage, McCarthy Group Realtors.
The principals of McCarthy Group Realtors are Shaun and Paige McCarthy and members include Stephanie Argrave, Peggy King Bruce, Jennifer Lemoine, Lisa Lipscomb and Michelle Van Huss. With offices in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, the brokerage serves New Orleans, Baton Rouge and the Northshore.
Shaun McCarthy has been a realtor for more than 25 years and his team offers more than 65 years of combined experience in residential real estate.
“Without a doubt,” McCarthy said, “the system and the techniques our group puts into place, directly puts more money in our clients’ pockets at the closing table.”
McCarthy said his group’s unique methods set them apart from traditional real estate agents including prospecting, weekly Thursday calls to clients, follow-up and skilled negotiations.
