Siegel works with her clients to design effective and creative strategies to scalability and sustainability.
Advisor Geoffrey Hamlyn was promoted to director of client experience. In this role he is responsible for working with internal teams to ensure all client engagements are executed to the highest standard of quality. Hamlyn brings experience in program evaluation, non-profit governance, strategic communications, and public policy.
Advisor Isaac MacDonald was promoted to director of impact & planning, where he focuses on strategic planning and operational effectiveness for the firm, as well as for clients. In his tenure at trepwise, Isaac has worked with over sixty organizations, including the Greater New Orleans Foundation, Escape My Room, ThirtyNorth Investments, and the Orleans Public Defender’s Office.

Treacy comes to trepwise from Liberty’s Kitchen where she was the finance and data manager. Mills holds a wide variety of non-profit experience and comes to trepwise from Covenant House New Orleans, where she focused on marketing, communications, event planning, and donor cultivation. Mills graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University with a triple major in political science, sociology, and English. Mills also supports the growth of trepwise internally, working closely with the director of brand and culture.
“Recognizing our talent for their strengths and accomplishments is part of who we are at our core and a reflection of our company culture,” said Kevin Wilkins, founder and managing director of trepwise. “In order to keep up with client demand, we hired these two new associates who will help deepen our services and our impact in the Greater New Orleans community.
