Local Commercial Real Estate Firm Grows Team

NEW ORLEANS – Urban Properties Real Estate, a New Orleans-based commercial brokerage, property management and development firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jack Buczkowski to Assistant Project Manager Intern and the hiring of Carly Ibach as Brokerage Assistant Intern.

 As Assistant Project Management Intern, Buczkowski assists with ongoing projects in the firm’s development and project management pipelines. His focus is on underwriting, acquisition analysis, as well as construction project management and delivery.

perience in real estate development and investment, and six years of experience in carpentry and construction. Most recently, he spent the summer working as an analyst in the JP Morgan Private Bank in New Orleans. His expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, communication, and operations guide his work at Urban Properties.

commercial real estate brokerage and leasing. She provides editorial support along with marketing analysis for property packages, proposals and investor presentations. Ibach is also an integral part of the firm’s vendor relations and business development strategy.

 Currently, Ibach is a second-year MBA student at Tulane University. Prior to graduate school, she worked for the Neiman Marcus Group in the designer clothing buying office in Dallas, TX. She holds a B.A in Public Relations and English from the University of Alabama. Carly looks forward to learning abou
