NEW ORLEANS – The Saints season kicks off Sunday, September 11, 2016, and in honor of the Black & Gold, New Orleans restaurants are offering food and drink specials for the Who Dat Nation:

         Quench your thirst at this Lower French Quarter hotspot with $3 draft beers; half off wines-by-the-glass; and $5 cocktails.

         Guests can accompany these libations with tasty bites from Executive Chef Michael Isolani including crawfish & fontina beignets; duck fat hush puppies; and an assortment of oyster dishes. 

         Game day specials are available at the bar from 4:30  p.m. – Close weekdays and 6:00 p.m. – Close on weekends.

         Night games will be shown on flat screens throughout Trinity.

         After every Sunday Saints home game, fans can head over to the Fulton Street promenade for a variety of festivities and specials. From 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. cozy up to the Grand Isle bar for $.50 oysters and an array of signature cocktails including the Stardust – vodka, aperol, parsley-green tea syrup and lime; and The Awakening, the restaurant’s signature cocktail inspired by the Kate Chopin novel, featuring  pear vodka, lemon, orange flower water, topped with Roederer Estate. 

         At 4:00 p.m. the Fulton Street Fan Fest will offer outdoor festivities and live musical performances.

         Freret Street’s bustling eatery, wine & cocktail spot will offer a Game Day Happy Hour, starting 30 minutes before and going 30 minutes after each home and away game. Guests can enjoy $5 wines-by-the-glass and specialty cocktails and beers from $3-$5. Snacks including spiced Marcona almonds, French fries, chicken liver mousse, cheese, and meats prepared by Executive Chef Brendan Cahill are available for $3 – $5.
