Kirkendoll Management Adds Two Executives To Restaurant Division From Dickie Brennan & Co.'s Restaurant Group
NEW ORLEANS, LA – Kirkendoll Management, the purveyors of four nightlife establishments across the state, has launched a new restaurant-focused division to be helmed by Jorge Henriquez, the former Dickie Brennan Director of Operations.
Henriquez, who had individual roles at both Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse and Commander’s Palace before his corporate title, hopes to bring his focus on quality experience and customer and employee satisfaction to his new job.
Henriquez said, “What drew me to Kirkendoll, was, though their restaurant program is in its infancy, there was a focus on high-level standards for employees and above-the-board experiences for customers. My personal mantra for functioning in the restaurant business seemed to perfectly synthesize to their corporate doctrine.”
Kirkendoll’s restaurant division plans to expand the entity’s portfolio to include unique establishments throughout New Orleans & the country, and CEO and Founder John Kirkendoll says there will be some well-known entities joining their group in the near future—with Henriquez helming these developments.
Kirkendoll said, “Our restaurant division is an exciting extension of our current collection, but our commitment to quality will continue to span both our nightlife and restaurant holdings. I feel there is no better professional to implement our overall corporate mantra than Jorge Henriquez.”
In addition to his new role, Henriquez will continue to function as a Board Member of the French Quarter Business Association (FQBA), the Manager of Guest Services at the VooDoo Music Festival, a member of the Vieux Carrie Commission and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Heritage Foundation.
Henriquez graduated LSU in 1988.
Kirkendoll Management also added Jamie Munoz in the role of Director of Operations to its recently established Restaurant Division.
Munoz, who reports to Henriquez, said, “The evolution of my career continues as I join a team devoted to quality and end-user experience. I hope to add my efficiency, strategy and panache to this recently-established team.”
In addition to Dickie Brennan’s, Munoz has had stints at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Razzoo and City Lights.
CEO John Kirkendoll said, “The addition of the expertise of Jamie Munoz further adds credence to Kirkendoll’s commitment to the newly-established Restaurant Division.”
