NEW ORLEANS – The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana’s Women’s Business Symposium will offer local women a “Day of Empowerment” on Thursday, May 4, at the Sheraton Metairie – New Orleans Hotel, 4 Galleria Blvd.
