Gulf Coast Bank Sponsors Laura Relief Drive
NEW ORLEANS – Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Company has announced an effort to collect food items and cash donations to help those affected by Hurricane Laura.
Cash and non-perishable food items are being accepted at any Gulf Coast Bank location. A complete list of locations can be found at https://gulfbank.com/locations. Some of the food items in need are canned fruit and vegetables, dry or canned beans, rice, pasta, canned meats and tuna, oatmeal and cereal, peanut butter and canned soups.
“Gulf Coast Bank has always been a strong community partner. We in Louisiana know all too well how difficult it is to rebuild after a major storm,” said Guy Williams, Gulf Coast Bank’s CEO and President. “That is why we are collecting non-perishable foods at all of our locations to replenish depleted food banks that help disaster victims. We are also collecting cash contributions that will purchase supplies as recommended by officials in the affected parishes. One hundred percent of donations will be used for hurricane relief with no overhead deductions.”
