Gardner Realtors Receives 2017 Top Workplaces Award
NEW ORLEANS – Gardner Realtors recently received a 2017 Top Workplaces award by The Times-Picayune, joining a list of 40 local businesses honored. This is Gardner Realtors’ third consecutive year as a recipient of the Top Workplace award.

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on the results of a months-long evaluation process and employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement, reps said. All types of businesses were welcome to take part in "Top Workplaces" provided they have at least 35 employees and have a presence in the seven-parish New Orleans area. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection, to name a few.
“To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health,” says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.”
As Gardner Realtors nears its 75th year, the family business’s founding principle of abiding by the Golden Rule remains integral to its mission, reps said. Gardner focuses its efforts on making the home-buying experience a pleasant one by offering innovative approaches to real estate, taking the time to understand the goals and dreams of their clients and striving to bring those goals to life, they said.
In celebration of the Top Workplaces award, Gardner has launched a thank you note campaign featuring heartfelt thank you notes from realtors to their clients for entrusting them with one of the most important purchases of a lifetime—a home. Thanks to the support of their loyal clients, Gardner is able to continually focus on giving back to their neighbors through community service and outreach to make the region a better place to live the life you love, reps said.
