Four Winds Hosts Grand Opening Party, Networking Night On Their Luxury Apartment Rooftop With Biz New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS – The Four Winds building has stood proudly at 210 Baronne St. since 1927, but it took until Thursday, September 24, for the historical residence to truly shine. It’s when more than 200 business people from all over the Greater New Orleans region gathered on the rooftop of Four Winds’ luxury apartments to enjoy the view and tour some of its showcase residences during its Grand Opening.
Four Winds reps said their apartments and penthouses are the epitome of the luxury living trend, as buildings full of New Orleans luxury apartments are soaring high in the CBD. With 90-year-old reclaimed heart-of-pine wood floors, European white marble baths and imported stone countertops, Four Winds apartments offer residents a life most only dream of, reps said.
Although the historical building is a draw for some, Four Wind also appeals to the more futuristic tenant. The building’s technological amenities include a 3D movie screening room, smartphone controlled thermostats and lighting and alarm systems. The full-scale fitness area includes treadmills and ellipticals equipped with Netpulse to better track workouts.
The grand opening event was one in a series of Biz New Orleans’ Strictly Biz networking nights. Guests were treated to delicious Hor d’Oeuvres from Portobello Catering, an open bar provided by Four Winds from Brady’s Wine Warehouse and arguably one of the best views of a New Orleans sunset in the city. The next Strictly Biz Night takes place tonight, Monday, October 12, to celebrate The 5th Annual Economic and Real Estate Forecast Symposium at Loyola University’s Roussel Hall, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
