Experience Pure Chocolate Bliss During WYES Fundraiser

NEW ORLEANS – Experience pure chocolate bliss during the 13th annual WYES Chocolate Sunday on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport in Messina’s at the Terminal.

         The VIP hour kicks off at 2:00 p.m. and general admission is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

         Guests will enjoy an afternoon of scrumptious confections and decadent desserts including dark chocolate tarts filled with Earl Grey caramel from Windowsill Pies, bourbon chocolate pecan cupcakes from CupCake Fairies, blackberry chocolate bars from Girls Gone Vegan, chocolate goat cheese truffles from Upper Nine Doughnut Company and mille-feuille from The Roosevelt New Orleans.

         Helping attendees to achieve chocolate nirvana are Baker Maid Products, Inc., Blue Frog Chocolates, Brown’s Dairy, Cheesecake-n-a Cake, Chosen Cakes and Caterers, LLC., Crêpes à la Cart, CupCake Fairies, LLC., Girls Gone Vegan, NOLA Foods, NOLA Party Boutique, Nola Snow Snowballs, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Odi’s-Moises Delicacies, Inc., Southern Candymakers, The Kupcake Factory, The Roosevelt New Orleans, Upper Nine Doughnut Company, Wilton Chocolate Fountain and Windowsill Pies.

         There will also be tasty treats from Community Coffee®, Bistreaux at the Bank, Cabot Cheese, Chappy’s, Cook Me Somethin’ Mister, CoolBrew Coffee by New Orleans Coffee Company, Kentwood Springs, Messina’s at the Terminal, The New Orleans School of Cooking, Zapp’s Potato Chips and more.

         All proceeds support WYES’ mission of serving greater New Orleans, southeast Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast with educational, entertaining and enlightening programming.

         Advance ticket prices are $50 for the VIP hour and $35 general admission. Day of event general admission tickets are $40 at the door.
