Edwards to Speak at New Orleans Entrepreneur Week

NEW ORLEANS — On March 30, Gov. John Bel Edwards will sit down with author Walter Isaacson for a climate discussion at New Orleans Entrepreneur Week. 

The session, titled “Third Wave Industries & Climate Leadership in Louisiana,” is presented in partnership with the New Orleans Book Festival at Tulane. It will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Gallier Hall immediately following Isaacson’s discussion with AOL co-founder Steve Case. 

Case will speak about his books “The Rise of the Rest: How Entrepreneurs in Surprising Places are Building the New American Dream” and “The Third Wave: An Entrepreneur’s Vision of the Future.” Attendance is free. Advance registration is required and can be done here:  www.noew.org.

This session with Governor John Bel Edwards is part of a larger Energy Transition Mini-Summit: Presented by Halliburton Labs taking place at New Orleans Entrepreneur Week on Thursday morning and afternoon.
