Educational Technology Company Torsh Adds 3 to Staff

NEW ORLEANS — Torsh, a New Orleans-based education technology company, has recently grown its team by three. These new hires bring the total number of full-time employees to 24. The new Torsh staffers are Janae Dungee, junior
customer success manager; Maryam Naushad, customer success manager; and Samantha Shields, product owner and coaching specialist.
“Janae, Maryam and Samantha’s shared backgrounds in the classroom give them a collective understanding of the unique challenges educators face,” said Torsh founder Courtney Williams. “Their experience shows that they are fully committed to meeting the needs of students, educators, and administrators. We are truly grateful to have such natural additions to the ever-growing Torsh
team.”
Torsh produces an online coaching and professional learning platform that “enables organizations to support educator growth through the entire development cycle of observation, assessment, goal-setting, feedback and coaching.”
Dungee will help educators and coaches use the platform, and will also assist with meeting prep, customer communication and documentation. Naushad will provide support and resources to educators. Shields will ensure that Torsh software meets the needs of the educators and coaches that use it.
