CUT OFF, LA (AP) — A company in Cut Off has a one-year, $9.1 million extension to a Navy contract chartering the maritime support vessel MV C-Champion.
The contract with Offshore Service Vessels Inc. was among those in the Pentagon's daily list of contracts on Wednesday.
It says the C-Champion is used worldwide as a platform for small boat launch and recovery, refueling and provisioning, and limited maintenance.
The contract is with the Navy's Military Sealift Command in Norfolk, Virginia.
