Commercial Real Estate Firm Adds a New Team Member to its Roster

NEW ORLEANS – Urban Properties Real Estate, a New Orleans-based commercial brokerage, property management and development firm, announced it has hired Jonathan Browne as a special projects intern this Fall. This role offers students with an interest in pursuing commercial real estate, finance, and/or development the opportunity to gain key skills and valuable knowledge through real work experience.

In this role, Browne is positioned to learn all aspects of commercial real estate development, project brokerage and property management. He also assists with ongoing projects in the firm’s development and project management pipelines. His focus is on acquisition analysis as well as construction project management.
