Butler Snow Welcomes Sessions Ault Hootsell III to their New Orlreans Office.

Sessions Ault Hootsell III is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and will focus his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and complex commercial and tort litigation matters.  Ault has more than 28 years of experience in handling both corporate and individual matters before the federal and state courts.  He obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance and his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University.  He has been recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers^® and Louisiana Super Lawyers, is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and was named as a Top Lawyer for Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law in New Orleans Magazine.

Ault is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association where he is the Past Chairman of the Bankruptcy Committee, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Louisiana Bankers Association.  He is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and as a Business and Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.  Ault is a member of the bars in Louisiana and Texas, and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of both states.
