Bella Ridge Apartments Host Events To Benefit Local Charities, Organizations
NEW ORLEANS – 1st Lake Properties, Inc. raised the roof, literally, at their newest property, Bella Ridge Apartments located at 1101 Dickory Ave., in River Ridge, when the apartment complex hosted their premiere “Movies in the Sky” night on top of their three-story parking garage on Thursday, October 29, 2015.
While admission to the movie viewing of “Hocus Pocus” was free, proceeds from drink, popcorn and pizza purchases were donated to the Jefferson Performing Arts Society (JPAS) with funds going towards educating and entertaining the community.
“We love to hold exciting and different events at Bella Ridge Apartments,” said Brandi Milliet, Regional Vice President for Bella Ridge Apartments. “We want to show the community that apartment living is not a temporary stop, but a place to live and experience a quality lifestyle. And 1st Lake Properties allows for different activities at our apartment communities to bring awareness to social needs.”
Bella Ridge Apartments has held several events at the property since opening in March 2015, including a Yappy Hour at Bella Bark Dog Park, a Resident Appreciation party and private tours of the Bella Ridge community and apartments. They plan to host future events for charitable organizations.
