Baton Rouge Site Acquired for Trampoline Park

BATON ROUGE (AP) — A 2-acre tract of land in Baton Rouge has been sold for a little more than $1 million to a group that plans to build an indoor trampoline park on the site.
Timothy Boone with The Advocate reports MidSouth Bank sold the land behind its branch on Siegen Lane to Wilde & Wen Properties LLC.
Phillip Sean Wendell, a principal with Baton Rouge-based Wilde & Wen, said the plan is to build a 26,400-square-foot Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park on the site.
Peter Busenlener, the local franchisee for Sky Zone, said the Baton Rouge location should be open in the spring.
