Lewis’ “GIVE A DAMN!” book was introduced in late June and Lewis has received interest from local and national media outlets about his publication and received “outstanding” reviews on Amazon.com.
Dr. Nicholas Bazan said, “When I began reading this book, I couldn’t put it down. It addresses an important issue of contemporary society in a very elegant, precise and clearly-written manner. In fact, it is an enlightened reflection that reveals how people can be quite self-centered in society nowadays and how they can very easily neglect looking beyond their own egos and immediate surroundings. It points out how this occurs at various levels in society, from world governments on down to the lone individual. Mark provides a brilliant and noteworthy insight into how we as a people can work together as united individuals toward the common goal of solving society’s problems.”
Lewis is a graduate of Boston College and Tulane University (MBA), has been a business professional for 35+ years, and after a 13-year stint with IBM, he started and managed several entrepreneurial ventures. In 2002, as Executive Director of a non-profit technology group, Lewis helped develop the technology industry in Louisiana for ten years and was honored as Technology Leader of the Year in 2005. He is now the managing director of the Simmons & White Management Consulting Firm, a business coaching and consulting firm that helps companies grow in revenue and profits.
