Attorney Reynaud, III Joins Chaffe McCall As It Expands Baton Rouge Office

BATON ROUGE – Chaffe McCall announced attorney Claude Reynaud, III has joined the firm in its Baton Rouge office. The addition is part of the firm’s ongoing growth in the southeast and its commitment to the development of young attorneys, firm reps said.

         Reynaud, III, who previously practiced at a large Baton Rouge based firm, will further expand Chaffe McCall’s Business and Transactional and Commercial Litigation sections as an Associate. Reynaud, III comes to the Baton Rouge office with experience representing clients both at the trial level and appellate levels in state and federal courts.

         Reynaud, III has an extensive background defending clients in litigation matters including mergers and acquisitions, federal and state-law antitrust claims, and intellectual property rights. His practice has included complex disputes arising out of Construction Contracts, Commercial Lease Agreements, and a wide-range of various types of Purchase & Sale Agreements. Reynaud, III has handled class-action/ mass-tort litigation, and he is particularly experienced with facets of complex commercial arbitration proceedings brought before the American Arbitration Association.

         Reynaud, III received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University's School of Law, graduating with a Certificate of Specialization in Sports Law, in 2007. Before law school, he attended the University of Virginia, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in American Government & Politics.
