As Part Of ‘Yelp Salutes Our Troops,’ Yelp New Orleans Find 100+ Discounts For Local Military Members

NEW ORLEANS – Yelp Salutes Our Troops is a month-long initiative connecting local businesses to the military and the Yelp community through promoting local military discounts, highlighting veteran-owned businesses, donation drives and more.

Yelp found military families move twice as much than average families and military communities are eager to support local businesses that offer military discounts.

Yelp reps said they have made finding military discounts easier, and now, more than 30 million members of the U.S. military community have the opportunity to discover local businesses that show their appreciation through a military discount on Yelp’s website.
