GLO Launches Inaugural New Orleans – Huntsville, AL Flight Today

NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans-owned and -based GLO will launch its non-stop air service between Huntsville International Airport (HSV) and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) today, Friday, September 30, 2016.

This route, operating Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, is the sixth for the Mid-South and Gulf regional air service provider.

The flight to New Orleans lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes gate-to-gate. Versus an approximate 6 hour drive or a connecting flight, Huntsville business travelers will have more time for face-to-face meetings or time with partners and clients, while leisure travelers can spend more time with family and friends exploring New Orleans’ unique culture, airline reps said.
