         Howard joined the GEB team in 2011. He works with both personal lines and commercial property and casualty clients, where he specializes in the identification and management of accounts' complex environmental exposures. Howard earned the Environmental Risk Management (ERM) designation through the University of Houston's Environmental Risk Strategies Institute, and has completed the National Alliance School for Producer Development. Prior to GEB, Howard worked at Ernst & Young, LLP. He is a graduate of the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

         Gill is responsible for growing the Gulf Coast and South Central Regions for Synapse Services. He has over 14 years of experience in the environmental insurance business. Gill's expertise includes negotiating complex environmental insurance placements and managing high profile insurance deals.
