Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center Completes Multi-Million Dollar Renovation

NEW ORLEANS – Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center has completed a significant renovation of its 286-room hotel located at 1001 S. Peters St. The hotel has been completely transformed, from guest rooms and suites to every square foot of public space. This modern rendition of traditional New Orleans charm looks to the city’s past to inform an inspiring future. The property is owned by RLJ Lodging Trust and managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.

Details on the renovation were shared in a press release.

Wrought iron, exposed brick, and reclaimed wood hint at the French and Spanish influences on the city, while cheerful blues and pops of orange announce its contemporary rebirth. Located one block from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in the Arts and Warehouse District, the hotel is designed to meet both business and leisure travel needs.

“We have completely reimagined the entire hotel. The scope of this renovation was enormous, and it shows,” says general manager Benjamin Beaudoin. “In a city as unique as ours, we wanted the physical space to reflect the charm, history and culture that visitors love. The renovations we completed were made with our guests in mind. Visitors will feel the soul of New Orleans in their surroundings, as well as in the genuine hospitality our team offers every day.”
