Chaffe McCall Welcomes New Business Attorney to the Firm’s New Orleans Office

NEW ORLEANS – Seasoned business attorney Wade Webster has joined Chaffe McCall’s New Orleans office as a Partner in the firm’s Business practice. Wade has over three decades of experience in corporate law, litigation, taxation, business planning, and successions. Details were shared in a press release.

Wade also has significant knowledge of real estate transactions and financings. He has represented real estate developers, private sellers, and owners in a variety of financial restructurings, including loan and mortgage transactions, fleet mortgage and vessel financing, and issuance of title insurance, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Wade is a title insurance agent in the State of Louisiana and a frequent author.  He graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Accounting and received his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1982.  He is a member of the Louisiana and Texas bars. He is further admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United State Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth and Sixth Circuits, and the United States Tax Court.
