Jefferson Chamber Call For Nominees For Chamber Committees

JEFFERSON PARISH – The Jefferson Chamber has announced a call for nominees for several chamber committees.

Committee involvement allows members of the community to drive change in areas like education, government, business and quality of life.

Committees often facilitate programs that recognize community achievements, promote leadership and draw attention to the positive aspects of living and working in Jefferson Parish. Committee membership is open to all chamber member firms and their employees.

Committees looking for new members include:

Ambassadors – Meet and greet new members, participate in ribbon cutting ceremonies, and serve at organization functions. You must be a Chamber member for six months prior to applying.         

Health & Wellness Council – Educates businesses on the benefits of a healthier workforce and encourages and provides support for healthier lifestyles in Jefferson Parish.
