Maison Dupuy's April Sippin' In the Courtyard To Benefit The Arts Council New Orleans On April 25

 

NEW ORLEANS — Located in the quiet side of the French Quarter, The Maison Dupuy will present the 2nd event in the monthly series “Sippin In The Courtyard” on Wednesday, April 25.  With a community awareness focus to benefit local organizations, each event also features New Orleans musicians and invites locals and hotel guests to experience the party atmosphere of the Maison Dupuy’s lush and large Courtyard. 

“We want to incorporate a charitable giving aspect to these events yet also celebrate the music of the many talented New Orleans musicians and the food specialties of our Executive Chef, Matt Regan for our guests,” said Director of Sales & Marketing Craig Sanders. “We also hope locals will come re-discover our gem of a hotel in this charming part of the French Quarter.”

For the 2nd event of the season, the popular chanteuse Amanda Ducorbier will be the featured entertainer during the evening. The beneficiary will be The Arts Council New Orleans. Attendees will be able to purchase raffle tickets to win baskets of coveted prizes such as overnight stays, dinners, bar tabs, and other items provided by The Maison Dupuy. Artist Kara Sanchez, whose work will be featured on display during the event, has donated a piece of artwork to be raffled off as well. All proceeds from raffle ticket sales will be donated to The Arts Council New Orleans.

The April event will also feature a Wine Tasting presented by Paul Bologna of Paul Bologna Fine Wines featuring Sean Minor Vineyards and including Sean Minor Rosé and their Four Bears Pinot Noir. Specially priced bottles of the wines can be purchased during the evening as well.

Each monthly event features Happy Hour prices for select wine and beer, a specialty cocktail and Small Plates at Happy Hour prices from Executive Chef Matt Regan. Complimentary parking is provided in the hotel’s covered garage based on availability. The Bistreaux’s regular bar and daily dinner menu will also be available.
